Tower Lifters
Elevator tower manufactured to lift loads vertically.The telescopic system is composed of five steel profiles handled through a steel cable of high resistance to the traction, guided by pulleys provided by balls bearings.All the mobile system is fixed through security catches, essential during the tower effort.
Automatic break winch according to the standard VBG 8/10.93 and certificate TÜV 9591009.
The hided part of each profile is undersized in length in order to increase the lift system security. In the same way, the last profile of circular section is manufactured in 3 mm. steel. with the same purpose. The legs ends have stabilizers with adjustable height in order to make easy the right suitable to whatever kind of grounds. It also has a water level, for a vertical adjust. All the set is covered by electrolytic zinc in order to protect it of the corrosion and the oxidation. The tower has four wheels to carry it easily.
